The apartment has a total size of 48sqm and includes living-room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and meadow. It can be used by a maximum of 4 persons (proposed 2 persons) and a toddler, if applicable. In front of the apartment, there is a place with a table and chairs under a marquee (see photo on the right; please click on the photos for enlargements!).

The living-room is equipped with a sofa that can be converted into a double bed. There are a small table, a dining table, a TV set with satellite receiver (English news channels are available) and a CD radio. Board-games, books, etc. are available, but only in German.

The bedroom contains a double bed. A single divan bed and a bed for babies (cot with fence) will be provided, if needed.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a wash-basin and a shower. Of course, hot water is available.

The kitchen of the holiday flat contains built-in furniture. Among the comprehensive equipment, there are a fridge, a kitchen range with oven and barbecue grill mode, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, an egg-cooker, a toaster and a mixer. Vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, spices, washing-up liquid, etc. are at hand.

The price for the holiday flat is EUR 38,- per night for two persons. The third, fourth and fifth person pay EUR 4,00 surcharge each. (A child with two or more years of age counts as a person, dogs are counted as well.) From April 1st to October 31st, a vistor's tax has to be paid, currently EUR 1,- per night and person. In July and August there is a high season surcharge of EUR 2,- per night for the flat. We do not charge extra costs like electricity, heating, cleaning, etc.

Bedclothes, towels, dish cloths and table cloths will be provided. If you come by car, there is a parking place reserved for you on the yard in front of the flat, bikes can be locked in safely. Our large garden with several seating-accommodations and sunloungers is at your disposal.
